SUGAR CRAVING VIDEO

Cravings, habits and old behaviors are the biggest challenges when it comes to diet change. One minute you’re just THINKING about having an indulgent snack and the next thing you know, you’ve traveled, paid for it and are in the middle of enjoying it before you realize, this wasn’t the best course of action while trying to reach your health goals. But it happens to the best of us and it’s bigger than sugar.

Bigger Than Willpower

I like to remind my clients that there’s more than just your WILLPOWER at work here. You have to deal with over 30,000 advertisements each day.

Then there’s holidays, culture, celebrations, reward systems, traditions, memories, nostalgia, family gatherings, meetings, sporting events and the list goes on. Most of our lives and social activities revolve around food consumption, and eating gets the largest part of the pie chart.

Also bare in mind that the only 2 activities that are not accompanied by eating are bathing and sleep. This means that many of our waking hours, with little exception, are spent consuming some kind of food or snack.

(for the record, there are some that eat in the tub or drink in the shower, but that’s another discussion)

Bigger Than Hormones:

Hormones, such as insulin and ghrelin, also play a role in sugar cravings. Insulin helps to regulate blood sugar levels by transporting glucose from the bloodstream into cells to be used for energy. When insulin levels are high, the body may crave sugar to provide a quick source of energy. Balance hormones by using Nerve Support and an assimilating diet.

Ghrelin, on the other hand, is a hormone that stimulates appetite. When ghrelin levels are high, the body may crave sugary or high-calorie foods.

Other Physiological Factors:

Other physiological factors that can contribute to sugar cravings include stress, lack of sleep, and dehydration. When the body is stressed, it releases cortisol, which can increase appetite and cause sugar cravings. Lack of sleep can also affect hormone levels, leading to an increase in ghrelin and a decrease in leptin, a hormone that helps to regulate appetite.

Dehydration:

Dehydration can also cause sugar cravings, as the body may mistake thirst for hunger. Be sure to drink better water with the Alkanatur.

The Bottom Line

YOU are a complex and intricate being with many layers and variations. But when you’re provided with the right structure you are capable of moving mountains. Then you won’t have to rely on your willpower anymore. If this resonates with you grab a copy of the Digestive Reset Protocol below and get to the bottom of cravings and food addictions once and for all.

The Challenge

Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) are the progress-stopping substances that are sprinkled throughout our lives in the form of good family fun, convenience or holiday treats. This means it’s a fight to get the full spectrum of daily essential minerals through the foods we eat. You’d need to calculate and monitor every bite, all the time, and tally your score at the end of each day. Nobody has time for that.

Or, you could just take CELL SUPPORT, IMMUNITY SUPPORT and SEA MOSS daily.
