RETURN POLICY

ALKALINE ECLECTIC HERBS And SUPPLEMENTS | Alkaline Eclectic Herbs & Supplements are considered a food item and can’t be returned once shipped. If you find an issue with your product, please email us with your invoice number and a picture of the product that is of issue. If we have mailed you what you ordered, we will not take back an item once it has been shipped & delivered to you.

CLASSES | If for any reason the class you signed up for gets cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the ability to participate in a future class of the same level. If you are unable to come to a class that you have signed up for and give us at least 5 days notice via email, you will receive a full refund or the ability to participate in a future class of the same level and cost.
