Most people say that Dr Sebi mentioned only Chondrus Crispus (Irish Moss), but he actually regularly described the characteristics of Gracilaria (long thin strands). Click here to see a video of Dr. Sebi discussing Sea Moss. The two species are not one in the same – but are related. One species is not necessarily better than the other and both have been advocated by and used by Dr Sebi.
