Carl “Crush” Foster is a world renowned Alkaline Eclectic Chef, co-Owner of A Healthy Crush LLC., and co-Founder of Alkaline Eclectic. He has co authored several cookbooks including An Alkaline Holiday, Minerals Fast and Mucus Free Food Detox. He is the creator of his own Seasoning, Super Cookie, and alkaline snack, BioMunch.

Chef Crush first started cooking using the Nutritional Guide to help his wife deal with several health issues. This led them to develop a lifestyle protocol for dealing with toxin overload and mineral deficiencies.

Kelly “Keelo” Foster is a Wellness Advisor, co-owner of A Healthy Crush LLC., and co-Founder of Alkaline Eclectic. She has self published several books with Chef Crush and created their Alkaline Eclectic Herbal Capsule line and The Crown of Brooklyn Natural Hair Care line.

She and her husband have healed themselves of several toxicity issues using the Alkaline Eclectic Protocol including weight gain, acne, inflammation, fibroids, hair loss, mineral deficiencies and depression.
